business with 20 % share in the Indian market. - Successfully intreated with Siemens in Gorlitz, and
Erlangen and transferred the business smoothly
from Alstom.

Compressors. - Built a new factory for Siemens with support of
Gorlitz and Duisburg to build local turbines and
compressors and expand the range. - We also built engineering and supply chain to
seamlessly share resources and components
across a global network, sharing capacities and
competences. - The efforts were specifically commended by the
Prime Minister of Saxonia as an example in
partnering between India and Germany- with even
shop floor workers participating in exchange
programs. - We built this into a 250 M euro business.
